Our trip to Goa was amazing, thanks to Cafe Blue! It was everything we wanted -- a cute log hut right on the beautiful Palolem Beach with sunbathing chairs and good food. The room and the toilet was basic, but spacious and clean. There was air conditioner which was needed at the time we visited. The balcony has a beautiful view. We could hear the waves while falling asleep. The food was remarkably good. We had the best seafood and the cheapest gin tonic! Every evening we could choose from the fish-stand the fish/lobster/squid we would like to have. The chef or tandoori master would then prepare it perfectly. And so many times we talked about the staff being so nice and funny, all of them! They always took care of the little details to make our stay comfortable. We definitely want to go back to Cafe Blue for a longer vacation :)

The owner of the property called us a couple of times to enquire what time we would arrive at the property. Once we reached he came over to greet us and the stewards were ready to help us with our luggage to be carried over to the rooms. The rooms were basic but tidy. Extra set of towels, pillows and quilts were provided. Every room has a small sit out with a seating arrangement. The icing on the cake is the location of the property, it was right on the beach. All we had to do was put on our swim wear and jump into the water. Every morning the staff would set up the beach beds and umbrellas fir the customers and guests and in the evening they would set up the tables with candle light right on the beach and play some lovely music. This is an excellent place even for your pet. The staff!!! Debendra-a special thanks to him, he is a great employee and absolutely dedicated! From the moment you wake up, you'll see him on his toes. He will offer you coffee/tea and in a while he'll check on you for breakfast. As you're seated at the restaurant, he'll check on you if everything's ok and if you wanted something. It was my husband's birthday and we wanted to plan a surprise for him, Debendra ensured to get us a cake, set up the music, he was just there to take care of us!!! He treats all his guests with utmost respect and care!!! The food is amazing, great quantity so the price feels worth it!!! The English breakfast is a must try!!!

Perfect place for a gateway with your spouse. It’s serene and beautiful. Entire resort is covered with lush greens and oceanfront view. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed a lot. Sunset setup at the cliff was the cherry on top.

The staff were brilliant. Alam in particular was very helpful and helped my husband who was using crutches to get to the table from our rooms. He was so attentive and made sure we knew what food was on offer for dinner in the morning. He gave us great sunbeds and put us in touch with a boat tour guide. His English was perfect and he learned our names and made a big fuss of us. The food was beautiful, the fish in particular was sublime and the breakfasts each morning were just great. It made the holiday special and helped us to enjoy it more. I would come back here again in a flash! This beach was very clean and the water was a lovely temperature in February.
