Tucked away in SuiSega residential area; away from tourist buzz and flurry. Joe was a great host. Picked us up from the airport, was very welcoming and thoughtful, taking us to a shop for supplies before dropping us at the house at 9pm.

We felt in our house, with all the facilities you need and super clean. Instead quiet outside the center of Apia but close at the same time. Thank you very much Phyllida, I will never forget these days in Samoa, thank you for your hospitality, a hug and a kiss. Samoa is the most beautiful paradise I have been able to see, a childhood dream come true.

Este hotel de gestión familiar se encuentra a los pies del monte Vaea y a 950 metros del centro de Apia. Vaea Hotel owners Lupe and Dean were gracious, friendly and informative hosts. They went above being hosts, they made you feel like part of their family rather than just a guest! Always smiling and happy. Breakfast was always fresh and great tasting! Farm fresh eggs done different ways, pancakes, toast, coconut jam, peanut butter, jams, marmalade, a fresh variety of fruit and alot of other good food, some being baked goodies such as coconut filled buns, so yummy! The Samoan coffee was an added bonus of tasting great. In the morning, the setting was peaceful and relaxing with the many flowers, plants and bushes with the birds singing. Dean and his son Shane made very good margaritas, a definate must try! A clean hotel with a lovely family owning and running it. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and memorable, Gary and Cheryl.
