Up there with one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful grounds featuring gardens, several pools, sports facilities and plenty of relaxing areas. The gym is phenomenal and I only wish I had brought my workout gear. What truly set this stay apart was the staff. We were celebrating a special occasion and the room was beautifully decorated with balloons, rose petals and a delicious chocolate cake waiting for us. A special mention to Sanjay who checked us in so warmly at reception and to Kay and Reham who looked after us so well during dinner. Also a big thank you to Joven and Jamira for their kindness. And to Nancy also! The amazing staff alone would make us want to return to Muscat just to stay at this hotel again.

I had a truly fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, but I want to give a special mention to the young man at the reception to his professionalism and friendliness. You can tell that the whole team genuinely cares about making guests feel at home. Every aspect of my stay was taken care of with great attention and warmth. Set on a clifftop in the city center, Crowne Plaza Muscat features stunning panoramic city & sea views. The tennis courts ! Food is great (buffet + plenty of tasty restaurants). Great outside area and private beach too. Really enjoyed the gym + squash courts too. Amazing stay!
