Rooms were very spacious, location was near lots of restaurants and shopping. Family mart just a few steps away.

Situado en Otaru y con Otaru Station a 4 minutos a pie, Guest House 来夢 cuenta con servicios de conserjería, habitaciones para no fumadores, un jardín, WiFi gratis en toda la propiedad y un salón... The proximity of the guest house was very close to the station, and the host and hostess, Funa and Kimi were extremely kind and helpful. The introduction to their guest house was very thoroughly, and made sure everyone was warm after traveling through the winter snow and temperature. Not only were the hosts very friendly and willing to chat, but they even provided and help make reservations at recommended restaurants! When I asked where I could find a furoshiki I could purchase for a souvenir, Kimi kindly offered one she had for me to take home as a souvenir! I had a great time chatting with them while waiting for my train to the next destination. They were even helping some other guests with translation of medical documents due to an injury received while skiing. Funa and Kimi are the perfect host to anyone staying in Otaru! I stayed in the Japanese style room and wish I could have stayed longer. Next time I go to Otaru, there's no doubt I'll be staying with them again!

The staff were super friendly and responsible. They used a translation app and really tried their best to explain everything to us. The public bath was great.

El Hotel Emion Sapporo se encuentra en Sapporo, en la región de Hokkaido, a 450 metros de la estación de Sapporo y a 13 km de la estación de Shin-Sapporo, y alberga un centro de spa y bienestar. Great hotel! Great room, spatious, cozy and warm during winter time. Close to the station (10min walk, even with the snow, a quick walk). The onsen waa perfect! Spatious and with much space for the shower and all the rules displayed so everyone could follow properly! Annnnd the great part was the breakfast!! O could taste all the Hokkaido special food (and dairy products) in the breakfast and it was everything so so so so perfect! The staff was also very helpful, they texted me when my luggage arrived as I was not at the hotel and so, I did not have to worry about it. Also, there is a direct entrance to the convenience store and this was perfect as in some nights we did not want to leave due to the cold

Oh my gosh.. where do I begin. A beautiful ryokan with both public and private onsens with fantastic winter views. Dinner was a huge kaiseki meal with sashimi, steamed seafood, beef sukiyaki and various appetisers. The rooms and the entire resort was elegantly decorated at every turn. The best part that topped off the day and experience is the ramen offering at 10pm for supper.

Ubicado en Lago Toya, a 3.8 km de Lake Toya, Lake Toya Tsuruga Resort HIKARINOUTA tiene hospedaje con un jardín, estacionamiento privado de cortesía, un restaurante y un bar. Dinner and breakfast were amazing both French and Japanese. We are vegetarian so chef prepared special meals for us. The best rooms are in floors 3 and 4 where you have open view of the lake. We don’t recommend taking the deluxe rooms as there are only 2, and you might end up in the second floor with partial view of the lake.
