JJ Guesthouse se encuentra en Asuán, a 22 km de Mausoleo de Aga Khan y a 900 metros de Museo de Nubia, y ofrece wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. We had such an amazing stay at JJ’s. We originally booked for three days but ended up extending for another three because we loved it so much. JJ and his family/staff are all very kind and friendly — they made us feel so at home in their beautiful slice of the world. Elephantine Island is very relaxed and has a lovely local feel (a very nice change from Aswan city and the rest of Egypt!). That said, you’re only a two-minute ferry from the mainland which was super easy and we went in most nights for dinner. We booked a tour to Abu Simbel through JJ which saved us from having to think about logistics of getting there ourselves 🙌🏼 we ended up being the first group there for the day so got some amazing photos and we’re back in the guesthouse by 1pm. Also the included breakfast was incredibly generous. Everyday we had fresh juice, eggs, bread, salad, cheese, fruit salad, jam & honey. Honestly amazing value and cooked with love. Plus the view from the rooftop (where breakfast is served) is beautiful, looking over the Nile. Our room also had an amazing view of the river. Honestly I can’t rave enough about this place. We feel so happy to have stumbled upon JJ Guesthouse and are leaving with some very special memories ✨🩷

Nala Narty Nubian House & Organic Farm tiene jardín, zona de playa privada, terraza y restaurante en Asuán. Our stay at Nala Narty was nothing short of exceptional and truly became the highlight of our trip to Egypt. We originally arrived in Aswan planning to board a Nile cruise, which was unexpectedly canceled the night we arrived. What could have been a major setback turned into a blessing in disguise, thanks to Sherif, the incredible host and owner of Nala Narty. Sherif went above and beyond to help us completely replan our trip—from arranging activities to sharing local insights—and ensured that our experience in Aswan was not only salvaged, but far exceeded our expectations. We ended up doing all our sightseeing and excursions with Nala Narty as our base, and we’re so grateful we did. The property itself is stunning—peaceful, beautifully designed, and deeply connected with nature. It provided the perfect calm and relaxing atmosphere we needed. The home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious, and the care and hospitality we received made us feel completely at home. What started as a disruption to our plans turned into one of the most memorable parts of our entire journey. We left Aswan feeling rested, inspired, and incredibly grateful. We can’t recommend Nala Narty—and Sherif—enough.

Nubian Soul Guest Houses tiene jardín, salón de uso común, terraza y restaurante en Asuán. El alojamiento dispone de bar y se encuentra a 23 km de Mausoleo de Aga Khan. Everything was great. The people working in the hotel were really kind and friendly and helped me with everything. They helped me get a trip to Abu Simbel and even packaged me a breakfast for it, because the trip started so early. The room was very quiet, peaceful and clean.

King Mina Nubian House ofrece alojamiento en Asuán. Este alojamiento, que cuenta con terraza solárium, está muy cerca de Museo de Nubia, de Kitchener's Island y de Unfinished Obelisk. Hotel nuevo, impecable, el anfitrión nos ayudó a solucionar nuestro transporte, súper amable.. El hotel está en una isla chiquita pero muy linda, estás a minutos de Aswan en un ferry público. Lo súper recomendamos. Volveríamos sin lugar a duda

Dolty Kato Nubian House By Kato Dool, que cuenta con terraza, restaurante y vistas al río, se encuentra en Asuán, a 18 km de Mausoleo de Aga Khan. This was probably the best hotel on our trip! The staff were really helpful and kind, the rooms were so beautifully decorated and the location on the banks of the river was just out of this world. Most astonishingly, the hotel manager couriered our iPad to us from Aswan all the way to Alexandria free of charge after we left it in the room upon check-out. Really a delightful stay and we will certainly return to this gem!

New Abu Simbel Tourist Hotel está en Abu Simbel, a 2,3 km de Templos de Abu Simbel, y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante y parking privado gratis. Excelente servicio e instalaciones. Hamo was Great helping with everything!

Crystala guest house tiene jardín, terraza, restaurante y bar en Asuán. El alojamiento está a unos 1,2 km de Museo de Nubia, a 4 min a pie de Kitchener's Island y a 18 km de Aswan High Dam. Es destacable lo extremadamente limpia que es la propiedad. La amabilidad de sus recepcionistas y la excelente predisposición que tuvieron en todo momento. Me sentí mal y se ofrecieron a ir a la farmacia por medicamentos y crema que necesitaba. Tuve que quedarme más tiempo tras el check out porque no me sentía todavía bien y no tuvieron problema en volver a darnos la misma habitación más allá que ya la habían limpiado. Nos esperaron en la bajada del ferry y luego nos ayudaron con las maletas hasta allí. Tienen una terraza con una vista magnífica al Nilo. Lo dicho: siempre serviciales y atentos. Definitivamente volveremos.

Then there is a 5 min walk to the ferry station (10 pound per person for crossing to Aswan) We asked for honey in breakfast(sore throat) , Mr Omar didn’t have it but still he brought it for us from a friend instantly Very neat and clean mashallah Allahuma barik ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for everything
