Waking up to the view in the morning was truly a gift. The rooms are a beautiful homage to local Nubian heritage, with charming architectural and design touches that make you feel like you're staying in a traditional Nubian home. Yet, you also have all the comforts of a clean, well maintained air-conditioned room, which was such a perfect balance. The owner goes above and beyond to ensure that guests experience the local culture in an authentic way. It’s perfect for travelers who want to embrace the slow life and connect with the area’s heritage. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. Even before we arrived, he kept in touch and responded promptly to any questions we had about our booking or itinerary. He even provided us with an incredibly detailed and helpful list of dos and don’ts, along with travel suggestions for Luxor, Cairo, and Aswan! There are many activities and day trips to historical sights provided by the hotel as well, and we always felt like we were in good hands here. As a passionate traveler himself, you can tell he truly cares about giving his guests an unforgettable, authentic experience. One of the highlights of our stay was taking a refreshing dip in the Nile. It was incredibly relaxing, after a busy week full of walking around and traveling. Our favorite part of the stay was meeting the warm and welcoming locals. The owner took us to a local village on another island, where we had the chance to see traditional Nubian houses. The local kids were playing and running around outside, and it was a truly heartwarming experience to interact with them. They also have an adorable dog, Zazu, who will greet you with endless love and affection the moment you arrive! We already miss him so much!!

Everything was great. The people working in the hotel were really kind and friendly and helped me with everything. They helped me get a trip to Abu Simbel and even packaged me a breakfast for it, because the trip started so early. The room was very quiet, peaceful and clean.

King Mina Nubian House está ubicado en Asuán, a 17 km de Aswan High Dam y a 24 km de Tombs of the Nobles. It was the best place we stayed in our whole trip in Egypt! Everything was new and clean, AC worked great, breakfast was delicious and the host was super helpful. I can’t recommend it enough!

New Abu Simbel Tourist Hotel está ubicado en Abu Simbel, a 2,3 km de Templos de Abu Simbel, y ofrece alojamiento con un restaurante y estacionamiento privado gratis. Una estancia maravillosa en un hotel lleno de encanto. La habitación decorada con buen gusto, con vistas al lago Nasser, sabanas y toallas impecables. Quiero destacar la atención de Mohamed, el dueño del hotel, que se puso a nuestra disposición para facilitarnos que tan solo en una tarde/noche, visitemos el Templo de Abu Simbel, realizar una navegación por el Lago Nasser, asistir al espectáculo de Luz y Sonido en Abu Simbel, y luego cena en el Restaurante del hotel, también el resto del personal del hotel nos atendió maravillosamente bien. Es muy recomendable alojarse en Abu Simbel, ya que esto permite visitar el Templo por la tarde con escasos visitantes.

Es destacable lo extremadamente limpia que es la propiedad. La amabilidad de sus recepcionistas y la excelente predisposición que tuvieron en todo momento. Me sentí mal y se ofrecieron a ir a la farmacia por medicamentos y crema que necesitaba. Tuve que quedarme más tiempo tras el check out porque no me sentía todavía bien y no tuvieron problema en volver a darnos la misma habitación más allá que ya la habían limpiado. Nos esperaron en la bajada del ferry y luego nos ayudaron con las maletas hasta allí. Tienen una terraza con una vista magnífica al Nilo. Lo dicho: siempre serviciales y atentos. Definitivamente volveremos.

Está en frente a la Isla. Y su anfitrión Omar es me amable y atento, siempre estás al pendiente de todo. La primera vez nos ofreció buscarnos del puerto en su lancha.
