It is quite new, you can still feel that the rooms, equipment is barely used. The kitchen has everything you want, well equipped. The rooms were absolutely clean. It was cozy, not loud at all. Beds were comfortable. Absolutely satisfied. The contactless check-in and door codes were also very convenient. The staff were also attending, we went for a one day trip to the countryside, with sleeping there, and returned for one additional night. We could leave our luggage at the accomodation and arranged for us to have it the next day in our apartment.
