She anticipated my needs and even helped me carry my bags to my room. This hotel is phenomenal and you won’t be disappointed. Loved the green beans at breakfast !

We really liked the hotel — it's small and in a good location. Everything was clean, and the room had everything we needed, even a scale. There were bathrobes and towels for the spa. The spa is small but very nice.

The hotel was excellent. It exceeded my expectations, looked luxurious, and appeared to have been recently renovated. The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was spacious. Both dinner and breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The pool and sauna area were clean and well-equipped. I also enjoyed the harpist's concert in the evening. Compared to the Hotel Pacifik, where the atmosphere was not that relaxing and your plates seemed to be checked, this hotel was a true gem. ;-)

Establecido en Cheb, a 36 km de Colonnade by the Singing Fountain, Penzion Na Svahu ofrece hospedaje con un jardín, estacionamiento privado de cortesía, una terraza y un bar. very friendly host who cares really for us. made a surprise on birthday with candle, cake and a song :) in addition we had a nice view to the town with beautiful scenery If our future journeys goes near by, we like to come back :)

Experience the ultimate relaxation at Retro Riverside Wellness Resort. A cozy 5 star hotel that is good for recharging the batteries ! Strong points Personnel attitude. All of them eager to help and provide 5 stars services! Special mention for Lucie that was very supportive and gave us good hints! Spa area - not very crowded and quite keeping in mind the specific of the hotel-adults only. Food and restaurant atmosphere - extraordinary, deserving the 5 stars 🤩 Weak points - a liitle bit farway of Karlovy Vary and with nothing to do around. At the end weak points could be an advantage to have a quite and relaxing holidays. All the best!

The three-and-a-half-star Hotel Ontario has a 150-year tradition and boasts a unique and quiet location above the famous Mill Colonnade, right in the center of Karlovy Vary. Very nice comfortable hotel , good breakfast. Great price

Rooms were clean, well-kept, and quiet. Overall, it’s incredible value for money. Highly recommend!
