The apartment had absolutely everything you could think of — I’ve never experienced such attention to detail in any other! From coffee capsules and towels to a hair dryer and even detergents, everything was thoughtfully provided. It went far beyond our expectations. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, with a large supermarket just a short walk away and a pharmacy right across the street. I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful our stay was. We were very privileged to have such attentive hosts who were always in touch and explained everything in detail. The apartment is clean, bright, and modern. Everything is well-organized. Despite the relatively small size, the space is used very efficiently, giving a feeling of spaciousness. All household items are clearly labeled, and some even have QR codes with instructions. Although the apartment is not located in the city center, it has a convenient and cozy location. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. Regarding parking – despite the warning that the space might be tight for large vehicles, our crossover fit comfortably (you just need to be careful when entering).

Ubicado en Brusino Arsizio, a 12 km de Mendrisio Station, Villa Patria B&B tiene hospedaje con un jardín, estacionamiento privado, una terraza y un bar. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great shower and a wonderful breakfast with an amazing view of the lake.

I never got the woman’s name who checked us in and took care of us for our entire stay, but she really was the best. We checked in on 21/8 for 2 nights. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant downstairs. Beds were comfy. Everything was sparkling clean. The views - unbelievable. We booked this last minute and weren’t very prepared for the mountains - she even offered her own clothes when we said we wanted to go hiking 🥹 Another gentleman brought us delicious prosciutto and melon to start our dinner the 2nd night. This stay was a 100/10 and we already want to return - better prepared ;-) Thank you for everything.
