They had an accident in our room with a burst pipe on our arrival day so they had to cancel our stay. But I had no internet access as my mobile got stuck so I did not see their reports of cancellation. When we arrived they arranged a new accomodation for us and paid for it. It was far better than I had anticipated. The space is enormous, with a spacious living room, a large kitchen, and generously sized bedrooms. Even better, there's an extra toilet. Despite the one-hour drive from the ski resort where we had skied, we were overjoyed to return as it was the ideal place to unwind after a tiring day.
