Upon arrival we were greeted by AJ and introduced to the receptionist Kudzi. The check in process was very smooth and easy. We were shown to our accommodations. Miombo Mews is absolutely spectacular, tastefully decorated, cosy, comfortable, clean and they thought of everything thier guests might need. Would highly recommend anyone who is staying in Victoria Falls to choose Miombo Mews. It is also a very convenient location to get to most places.

Nkosi Guest Lodge exceeded every expectation I had! This place was absolutely gorgeous, so well-kept, and had such a relaxing vibe. The staff is incredible, so friendly and helpful with everything. The rooms are well-fitted, clean, and incredibly modern. The pool is lovely. The breakfast selection was vast and really good quality! Excellent sleep quality - is very important for us.

The lodge is truly exceptional. The breakfast is a dream with a view of the pool. The staff are extremely friendly and courteous. The individual houses/accommodations are very clean, very attractively furnished and nothing is missing. The owners take time for their guests and are incredibly friendly and obliging. The cab service, which is organized by the lodge, is very well organized, the drivers very friendly and trustworthy.

From the moment I was picked up at the airport, my stay here was exceptional. I felt genuinely welcomed by everyone — the receptionist, the staff, the waiters, and even the chef, who personally made sure I was happy with my meals. The waiters were always attentive. All the staff had great local recommendations. Meeting the owners in person made the experience even more special. Their warm hospitality created an atmosphere that made me feel like home. It’s a place I will be coming back to. I can’t recommend it enough!

Booking.com posted property size as 18 square meter which is wrong as it looks more like 180 sq m. The property is within secured compound and the staff is helpful. The room was excellent (very clean and nice) and the staff were very helpful. It's not walking distance from the Falls, but it's an easy drive so we were perfectly satisfied with the location. The restaurant food for both breakfast and dinner was solid, but not spectacular. I would highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Victoria Falls.

Location excellent. Very clean, nice, safe area. People friendly and helpful. Large Supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Nice places to eat. Area is quiet. Close by to the waterfalls. Recommend to take US$ and in small denominations especially $1 bills. No coins used or given. Stayed in the new part of the hotel. Bed was comfortable, large tv, good rainfall shower with plenty of hot water. Small shower head would have been useful (they’re apparently only in the superior rooms). Good A/C.

The property is basic but very clean and functional. The location is absolutely ideal, with a fantastic brunch spot and craft market across the road and a great restaurants next door. The falls are just a short walk away. The bedrooms are small but tidy and kept clean. There is a market onsite which sells all necessities and breakfast opens early so you can eat before safari pick up.

This is a cheap and cheerful option in a very expensive town. The room's are small but clean and totally fine. The location is perfect. The pool is very nice and apparently, the sushi is the best (a local told me that once we had already left). This is great for what you pay for.
