Excellent facilities, services etc. The staff in particular were extremely courteous and the best trained Ive encountered in Dumaguete. They handle challenging situations without batting an eyelash and put the customer first. Best of luck after your grand opening!

We had a wonderful stay at Lene’s Condo at Marina Spatial. The unit was impeccably clean and had a modern, cozy feel. It was well-stocked with essentials, including toiletries, drinking water, coffee, and other basic necessities, making our stay even more convenient. The check-in process was seamless, and the owner was incredibly attentive to our needs. What truly stood out was their thoughtfulness—when we accidentally left our son’s toy behind at checkout, they immediately informed us and kept it safe until we could retrieve it. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this place!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was very clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Room is exactly as described. Small, but comfortable. There is a kitchen and washing machine if you want to use them. Soap, shampoo, toilet paper and toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. I think extra towels for the pool would be good. We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very friendly.

I stayed for an overnight with my brother. As i turned the A/C ON twas noisy and the filter is dusty. so I took the A/C filter out to wash and clean.

What a gem we found! It was just perfect! Felt welcome the second I arrived. Kevin and Marlene were super attentious, caring and a great source of knowledge, not only about Dauin, but also about all the other places that I planned to visit, like Moalboal and Malapascua. On top of that, they are both divemasters, have contacts in loads of dive centers, and can easily help to organise fun dives or certifications. The accommodation was clean, spacious, well looked after and the food was delicious! It was perfect! Thank you so much to the both of you! 5 stars!😊
