We stayed in the dorm and it was very cosy and comfortable. The kitchen area was well stocked, although it was maybe a bit small for purpose at peak times. The bathrooms were very clean. Henry and the rest of the staff were extremely accommodating. I stayed here as a solo traveler in the dorm, and with another person in the cottage and the budget room all had comfy beds and had all the facilities you needed in their different forms. Was a fantastic location for Fraser beach, Milford sounds, doubtful sounds and many local walks. Free kayaks too which were easy to use whenever you wanted.
