we had an amazing stay in Essaouira! The apartment was incredibly spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location was ideal, with easy access to the old Medina and the market. This riad is an absolute gem with the warmest staff you could hope for! Breakfast was a dream — a perfect blend of traditional and continental treats that started our day on a high note. Our room was not only beautifully decorated but also super cozy and inviting. The host was amazing — full of helpful recommendations, local tips, and even helped us book a taxi with ease. And the location - couldn’t be better! Just a 5-minute stroll to the beach, port, or bustling souks. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Very nice hostel, full of art. Although located in the bustling Medina, it is very quiet and peaceful. There are lockers in the dormitories (but you need to have a lock or rent one from the reception). Dormitory beds are equipped with a privacy curtain and a reading lamp. Breakfast is excellent. There is a nice terrace on the roof where you can enjoy the sun or the stars and listen to the ocean :) The first time you find this hostel is not very easy (follow the directions on Medina street) but after that it is very easy.

Riad Yanitri is an amazing and outstanding place to stay. We never expected to find such a lovely, stylish, childfriendly and absolutely new place in Marroko. The couple who runs the Riad is giving more than everthing 24/7 to make your stay perfect. We stayed with our toddler two nights and wished we would have stayed much longer. There are many things that even keep the little ones entertained or welcome them to be explored. Babybeds, babychairs, toddlerfriendly meals, turtles, games... everything is there. The whole place is so welcoming and the food so authentical and tasty that it is hard to leave. What my husband and I also really enjoyed was, that the owners speak English!!! That's a huge advantage as we got so many information about everthing we came up with. We are so glad that we discovered this little heaven not far from town.
