I received a very warm welcome. Staff were polite and nothing was too much trouble they assisted me to have a Dr's consultation and full body massage which was excellent. I swam in the lovely, clean pool, watched the sea and had a fantastic yoga session. The food was excellent and of a very high standard 5 star service. I was able to book a taxi and go shopping and was dropped at the airport. I would recommend this hotel with no reservation and would book it again.

This place is a gem. Easy to find, good communication. Very very spacious and extremly clean. Everything worked - water preassure, fans, AC, drinking water provided, good kitchen and fridge, good bathroom with hot water, good seating area, comfortable beds.... We liked it very much and would return anyday. They supplied good brekfast. It is situated in a yard about 100m from the main road. Very quiet during the night, plenty of parking place. Recomended.

The price/quality on this room is excellent, very big room with al the facilities you need. We just stayed here one night before a flight. So location to the airport was great. The owner even arranged transfer to the hotel included in the price. Would highly recommend if you are on a stop over in negombo!

Very conveniently located. Close to the airport and main road. They provide airport pickup service, SIM cards and Tuk Tuk rentals. Owners were very nice and pleasant. They helped us with planing our trip and helped us store our excess baggage.

My stay at this resort was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm welcome to the attentive service, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The staff truly made me feel like a VIP, always friendly, prompt, and ready to assist with any request. My room was immaculate, with a cozy, comfortable vibe and reliable air conditioning that kept things perfectly cool. The pool was a highlight—beautifully maintained and a perfect spot to unwind. Dining here was a treat, especially the seafood, which was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. I was so impressed that I couldn’t resist extending my stay!     Very good communication with the owner, short time to answer. Was there to welcome us in the middle of the night after arriving in Sri Lanka Airport. Very delicious breakfast, served exactly at the time we would like to have it. The big surplus of this property is the pool and the area around the pool. The rooms are good for one or two nights but not to large but clean. Also welcome the cat :-), it's a good place to settle in after arriving in Sri Lanka or for the last night before flying home, the way to Negombo by Tuck Tuck cheap.
