Great welcome and hospitality from Ashok. Dinner cooked on-site was fantastic and excellent breakfast. Location is in a quiet area, near to the sea. Two minutes walk to Passikudah beach and five minutes to Kalkudah beach.

An exceptional accommodation, Nava our host was very attentive and nothing was a hassle. He's maintaining a high standard and does it easily.,which for the guest helps you relax straight away.Close to all things you need and 5 minutes from bus or railway station. Great couple of food hotels on the main trinco Rd.Very cheap and great sri lankan food. We would have liked another night or two. Thankyou Nava . Ps had english sri lankan paper as well.

We loved everything here. Very charming property by the beach with really beautiful furnitures and very comfortable. The staff is amazing, they are caring, they do everything for you to feel good and have the best experience. They spot every detail for you. The chef deserves a micheline star. The food experience was delicious. It is the perfect place to recharge. Thank you to the staff of kalkudah beach house for making this place a wonderful moment for us.

We loved our stay at Adi's Residence. The accomodation is spacious, wel equiped and clean. But most of all we loved the hospitality of mr Ramanathan and mrs Kamalabigaj. They were the friendliest people we met in Sri Lanka (and we met a lot of friendly people).

A great property, modern nice rooms, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Joseph had very good contact prior and during our stay giving recommendations and assisting and providing anything we required. It was great to have bikes to use and explore with. They supplied us a great dinner of local cuisine. Highly recommended

From the moment I arrived, I knew this was going to be special. The wooden villas were a dream, and the proximity to the beach was perfect. Waking up to those views was simply breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere was exactly what I needed. Every meal was a culinary delight, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. This was, without a doubt, the best experience I've ever had. Highly, highly recommend!

    The location of the hotel was quiet and located only 200m from the beach. The room was equipped basically but with everything you need. It was clean. The cordial couple running the hotel were always friendly, helpful and courteous. All requests regarding transportation, travel advice and extra requests were fulfilled immediately. We would come back at any time.

    The location is very calm and quiet. The apartment is surrounded by a nice garden. The apartment is very clean and modern. The entire staff took extremely good care of me and has assisted me with any kind of request (from booking a Tuk Tuk/bike, to preparing very reach and tasty breakfast/lunches/dinners). They were very nice and gentle.

    The garden is beautiful and lovely with a lot of places to sit and hang and escape the heat. One minute walking distance to the beach. The owner is so sweet and helpful and even provided a very cheap breakfast even though it wasn’t originally a possibility. The location is a bit away from the bustling city, giving a much more tranquil experience. There are a few restaurants a kilometer away and the possibility for (cheap) take-away.

    We were staying at Juda Holiday for two nights! The owners were really friendly helping us with what to do in Batticaloa, organised bikes for us and recommended us a really cheap really good restaurant! it was possible as well to get dinner and breakfast at the house :) The room was like in the pictures, clean and comfortable :) the location is really good, close to the beach and easy to get anywhere with the bike
