Optimal location to visit both korankei and obara park , very nice and helpful staff to try to accommodate for a taxi to come back from korankei (at the end the only valid solution is to use the bus from Toyotashi station)

Very friendly welcome. Large, comfortable room, all amenities catered for. Although there was only a smoking room available for our 2 night stay there was no odour of smoke. varied and plentiful. Decor tasteful. Very close to train station and shops.

Great hotel. The service was great. They helped us send our bags ahead to Kyoto via Yamato making our lives very easy.

The Route-Inn Toyota-Jinnaka provides comfortable accommodation with free wired internet and free breakfast. Guests can slowly unwind in the hot public bath with free toiletries.

Everything was great and totally in line with expectations: impeccable service, cleanliness of the room, and separately I'd like to highlight the breakfast! It has a lot of choices: from traditional Japanese to westernized dishes, which is highly appreciated. Location is not very close to the train station, but for those travelling by car (like us) it provides free parking. Overall it was great value for money

We loved our stay here! The staff were super friendly and welcoming and explained all of the facilities really well. We also received recommendations for dinner and breakfast spots in the area which was very helpful! We ended up going to the udon restaurant we were recommended. The room itself was also very clean, had a heater which was great as the room was a little chilly and was overall very cosy.

Great location short walk from the train station, very nice breakfast with allergy information given. I’m a celiac and it was easy to choose items but I did have to use a translate app.

Great, varied breakfast. Great facilities. Full range of ammenities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderfully positioned near the line that takes you straight to Ghibli Park and another train line m. Very convenient. Our son got very sick and they assisted us so well. The lovely Filipino staff member called Maribik was so wonderful translating and helping us with our son’s medical needs. She was so caring and professional and a real asset to the team here at Route Inn Grand Nagoya Thank you for everything!
