The staff would bring a fresh, delicious meal straight to our suite, then discreetly return later to clear away the table—allowing us to savor our morning in total comfort. This level of personalized service truly underscored how dedicated the team is to making every guest feel pampered. The spa facilities were equally impressive. The owner of this property showed me where to park and greeted me. He was very friendly and also provided me with water, drinks and snacks. The place could not have been cleaner and everything was comfortable. There is also a washing machine, which is perfect for travelers.

The direct access to the lake is perfect - being able to swim in the beautiful lake whenever you please - in your own garden - is a dream come true! The scenery is breathtaking. Mattia was really very helpful and always on hand to answer queries or provide assistance. The apartment helpfully provides coffee and some toiletries and is well equipped meaning you can cook as you would at home. The apartment was very clean. The apartment is in a good location a minute from a bakery, bar and mini market and a restaurant with great food. The geographical location is great with Lugano Switzerland and Menaggio Como together with lots of other lakeside towns close by although a car was essential Free parking

Location uphill in a very peacefull town with nice view. Ornella is a wunderfull host, we got great personal suggestions for skiing and by default there is suggestions for hikes. The apartment is superclean, spacious, has 2 full bathrooms, the kitchen is nice to use and spacious. When outside around 0 C, we were warm inside. Seperate entrance and private parking spot. Nice balcony(only for warmer days ofcourse :) )

I was genuinely sad to leave this apartment — it was such a wonderful stay. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning, and everything inside was neat, tidy, and very well-maintained.
