Great facility. After a whole day of riding motorcycles in the rain, we were very warmly welcomed. The room was decorated in a very interesting way, I really liked it. Warm, incredibly clean. A delicious breakfast and a wonderful takeaway cake that saved us on another rainy day on motorcycles. Incredibly warm and hospitable people. I recommend it and send my best regards to the whole family! Grazie mille!

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a small fridge with several bottles of sparkling water. The location is amazing, really peaceful so if you prefer silence and peace, it is the right place. The owner is such a nice guy, always very helpful, smiling all the time. They also offer a decent breakfast. Enjoy your stay there😀, it's worth the money.

Mr Matteo. Wonderful, unpretentious, and his bar. Italians like that are a thing of the past... The bathroom tiles are the most beautiful in the world. Delicious coffee, delicious ham. And the town is charming. Close to the sea. I RECOMMEND IT!!! We're going back there for a month :)

If you are traveling by car and want to visit Venice and the surrounding area this is the right place. Our apartment was amazing and spacious, it was sparkling clean, the beds were very comfortable and the fact that it is outside the city is a plus - you can rest much more fully. There is very easy access to Venice by train (the station is 10 minutes away). In addition, and a big surprise for us were the animals that our kind host raises, and also the delicious tomatoes that he picked for us. Thank you Ciro!

    Luigi is such a nice person and a great host, welcoming and always helpful. The apartment was spotless. Everything as described. The town doesn't look like much, but there's a fantastic seafood restaurant there and a few trattorias. Just ask Luigi for recommendations.

    A comfortable room and nice Italian breakfast. Ideal to discover the surroundings of Venezia, especially comfortable for a family vacation. There’s a nice garden to hang around and a playground for the children. Oh, and very friendly hosts (live in the same building and are vary caring during the whole stay.)
