The villa is beautiful, as are the surroundings with beautiful plants. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean and very nicely furnished. The villa has an indoor swimming pool, two saunas, a living room with TV, chess, billiards, in short, superb. In reality, everything is more beautiful and spacious than in the pictures. The surroundings of the villa are still being improved, there will be a swimming pool outside. The location of the villa is easy to reach and is close to the city center. Parking is on the property. Breakfast is in a bar outside the villa, very good pastries, typical of the area. I highly recommend this accommodation, we will definitely be back!

Miss Lia and the team were very accommodating and attentive, from helping us to find a parking space, to assisting us with our luggage and to helping us book a boat tour. We were very well looked after during our stay and also enjoyed the breakfasts on the roof terrace, despite it being towards the end of November. What a delight. Grazie mille, Lia i tutti !

    Home away from home, very comfortable, spacious and greatly furnished with, well, everything. Great quiet location, close to a beach with crystal clear water and close to Syracusa, Noto, etc. Parking place within the courtyard, for peace of mind. A car is needed, and the smaller, the better, due to the rather narrow street on which other cars are parked at week-ends (we still managed with a car the size of a Tiguan). Great communication with the owners. Great experience, overall, and we can't wait to return to this lovely place.
