It’s a really beautiful place to stay, with lovely and spacious rooms, very good shower and comfortable bed! Valentina and her team are unbelievably friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Everything you could need is here.

Nice quiet location, easy to find from the highway. Five minute walk to bars, cash machine, and the beach. A little out of Cesenatico, but they have bikes if you don’t want to drive. Private parking. And the staff are amazing. Sofia and Federico made us feel so welcome, let me practice my Italian (I let them practice there English 🤣), gave information about local area where to find things needed, and always on hand to help. Only had breakfast one day which was for the Nove Colli, the choices available were excellent, cakes, pastries, meat and cheese, dairy, fruit, coffee, juices. The room was plenty big enough, clean, good selection of kitchen utensils, moka pot (very important). Spacious balcony which over looks the street but as mentioned before the street is quiet (this was in May). Bathroom was really clean and the shower was great.

Great location with large clean rooms. very short walking distance to beach, amazing coffee and outstanding restaurants. Emanuela and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We were there for an Ironman race and they really looked after us for bringing in bikes. Fold out sofa beds were huge and comfortable. Cleanliness was impeccable. The old town is cute amd Cervia (10 minutes away) is stunning with its old cobbled streets and waterways. The beach is wide sand and protected so was a pleasure to swim in. Water temp was low 20s. We are already planning our return trip!

Although the hotel is 3 years old, it looks and feels brandnew and very clean! The rooms are amazing and very modern. The personel speaks fluent English, that's quite unique in Italy. I loved this hotel. We stayed 2 nights, for the beach. Although the beaches are busy and only available when you rent a bed. If you drive 15 mintues you will find local beaches for free (and more quiet). The breakfast is a real fest (for me!). There's so much choiche and even a menu for additional wishes like pancakes. I really could have stayed longer here. The hotel is located at a nice, but not really busy, street with small shops and bars/ restaurants. It is a small touristic area wich is nice to walk through in the evening. Ask for room 112, it has a very large balcony wich was really comforting! Conclusion: the reviews and high score are truly earned! Don't go to Rimini, this is the place.

    It's a cosy little town. There are many cafes and restaurants. For those who like to eat at home, there are shops with everything you need to cook your own food. The room is large. Perfectly clean bed linen and towels. The room also has all the utensils you need, large fridge, hob and oven. Perfect free parking for your car. Very cosy beaches with good service and prices. You can buy sunbeds at the reception (it will be a bit cheaper than on the beach). Very polite staff who do everything to make sure you have a good time.
