Very calm and at the same time family friendly hotel. The swimming pool is great in the summer heat and has a great view, overlooking a sunflower field. We stayed at one of the apartments which was very practical with children. We were able to prepare simple dinner for them one day they were too tired to go out. We also enjoyed dinner at the resort’s restaurant a couple of nights. The food was very good and the outdoor setup is beautiful in the evening. We would definitely come back.

Very welcoming family especially though we booked late in the day. Lovely location, very peaceful. Large room and bathroom. Dinner and breakfast was exceptional. Family went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend.

Situated atop a hill in the heart of Tuscany, this property offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area. With a swimming pool and the opportunity to enjoy dinner while witnessing the sunset, it is truly a memorable experience. Although we didn't have a car and faced some challenges with transportation, the owners of the property went above and beyond by offering us a ride to the nearby town of Certaldo. There, we had the privilege of immersing ourselves in a captivating festival of art and music.

A beautiful and clean property. The rooms and the views are spectacular, we were only there for one night but we should have stayed for longer! The breakfast was delicious and Sascia was the perfect host. Instructions for check-in/out and parking were very clear and easy to understand.

Antonella and her staff couldn't do enough for me. Very warm people, and certainly know how to welcome and look after travellers. Had 3 glasses of wine within an hour of arrival as others were doing a tasting. Was also offered bottles to take to the room. Breakfast was an enormous selection of options. She even did my laundry (not officially part of the service), as I'm travelling for 6 weeks around EU You do need a car to get to this lovely winery/ B&B. Highly recommended.

We had a truly amazing stay at Agriturismo Le Case di San Vivaldo. The place is incredibly quiet and peaceful — exactly what we needed for our family relax vacation. Everything was well thought out, including small details. The property is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and lovingly maintained. The staff were warm and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — we will definitely be back!
