A beautiful house just 10 min driving from Modena and well located to explore the rest of the region. Rooms with charm, fully equipped and the common areas are very nice. It's a beautiful house in a very calm residential zone surrounded by hills. The rooms are big and very comfortable. Everything super clean. Tg He owner and the staff were super friendly. I strongly recommend the breakfast which is very complete and made by the staff in the moment.

Very good location, in a quiet street. The Ferrari museum and the center are approx. 10 minutes walk. Parking is free on the street, next to the house. The hospitality is fantastic, the host is simply great. The apartment is fully equipped, the rooms are spacious and the kitchen meets all needs. And the breakfast - served by the host at the requested time - is flawless.
