This is indeed an Italian, classically styled luxury hotel. While checking in, we were told we were upgraded to a better room; this is always a pleasant start. The hotel building is amazing, it is definitely worth a discovery tour; every corridor and corner has something exciting. Our room was spacious, clean, and classically decorated in a tasteful way. I think the walk-in closet would suit guests travelling with their entire wardrobe. The bed, the mattress, the pillows (down/feather and also a memory one for each person), and the duvet were all of very high quality and really comfortable. Both the decoration and the comfort of the bathroom is worth mentioning. The bar serves excellent Negronis. This hotel has an identity & atmosphere like few others.

We stayed at this property in central Monza during the Formula One Monza Grand Prix and it was an excellent choice. The location is fantastic – right in the heart of town, with a great café just across the road that we enjoyed each morning. For the Grand Prix, shuttle buses were available, but we also found it to be only about an hour’s pleasant walk to the Autodrome. The apartment itself is beautifully presented, comfortable, and well-equipped – we felt right at home. If we return to Monza, we would certainly look to book here again. Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful stay!

Compact but functional and centrally located. Lovely little kitchen which was well-equipped. Bathroom was beautifully clean and some soaps and shower gels were left like you’d find in a hotel. Comfy bed; nice pillows. Our host, Simone, was there to greet us and couldn’t have been friendlier - he was also available by message when we wanted to ask a question. Would happily stay again.

The stay was great ! Place was very clean and the host was very lovely - she even prepared for us some items that we could eat for a breakfast the next day and a big supply of coffee, tea and water and juices. Highly recommend!:)

I have never experienced the best hospitality like this in my life. We arrived late and the owners made us a meal when we arrived. They showed us how to get a parking space and also provided a map of how to get to Milan. They provivded so much goodies. It was the best stay in my life and I have been a thousand places.     We staid for a few days. The room as the rest of the Hotel was very clean. CThe location is great, about 10-15min walk to the station as well as the centre. Communication with Luca & Barbara was easy and prompt. The Breakfast was great with home made bread and freshly made eggs etc to order. We would definetly stay again.

    Very welcoming hosts. Beautiful spacious room, spotlessy clean and warm. Excellent breakfast. Great location 5 minutes walk from the centre of Monza and 10 minute train ride to Milan centre. Private parking available. Highly recommend. I will definitely choose Villa Tosati when I return to Monza/ Milan.

    The location was very clean and in a quiet area. Massimo, the host, was very friendly and offered me the information I need about transportation. In the neighbourhood were great restaurants and also the accomadation is very close to the Monza Park.
