Cinzia was really super host since the beginning. We were travelling with our toddler and even before the arrival she offered to us a crib to make it ready. Since we actually arrived, Cinzia was helpful all the time. She told us where we can eat, what to visit, with some sale. She was really nice and easy to talk person, during the breakfasts she was smiling and doing funny things with our baby, we were chitchatting multiple times, and those breakfasts were amazing (we were even eating on a terrace) with local products from bakery (I guess her friend if I remember correctly). During our stay she was also asking if we have trash to remove, change our sheets or towels. So I can only recommend.

Wonderful stay with a wonderful host! The property is beautiful, clean and comfy with an amazing garden and swimming pool. It's all very well taken care of, we were encouraged to try fruit from the tree in the garden. The view is incredible, plenty of space to sit and relax after a day of sightseeing with multiple barbeque facilities around the property. Gina is the loveliest host, we didn't speak Italian and she didn't speak English but we managed to communicate regardless! She's a very warm and helpful person. Everyday she would make us delicious omelettes and delicious coffee along a set up buffet with a freshly baked cake for dessert. The hosts also make their own olive oil, great quality for a great price (we bought 6 litres!). We were welcomed with our puppy who very much approved the garden. Definitely a great stay our family will never forget and always recommend to anyone travelling to this part of Italy! I do recommend to have a car when staying there, to comfortably move around the area as it is quite a distance to the nearest shop/restaurant but that's how to make the best of Tuscany's scenic villages and sightseeing spots anyway.

An excellent hotel in the city center, all objects can be reached on foot, all cities can be reached by train! Cozy, like at home, there is always coffee and snacks, excellent drinking water. The staff is polite and helpful, the rooms are large and clean, the bathroom is excellent. Will definitely come back here)

Everything! The owner and his family are very nice, they gave us a lot of informationa what to do and where to go. The hotel gave us an"ancient times" sansation, like we were in another time. Very clean, near the terme and near the city centre and with a biiig free parking. We had breakfast but we also ordered lunch severel times there. It was delicios and cheap ( 11 euro pasta). The pool is cleaned every morning. Overall, it was a perfect accomodation.
