Customer service was excellent. Room, facilities, food, location. Room Service etc everything was excellent except the AC which I did not have control from my room and could not adjust it according to my needs. Due to that my sleep.was disturbed. But I would say that the staff was excellent and they tried to accommodate whatever I wanted and tried to make me comfortable as much as possible. Even my request to change the room due to lack of view from my previous room was also entertained without any extra cost.

I recently stayed at Dormigo and had an incredible experience. If i start with the location and facility for parking, they have the best option and enough space to park several vehicles. Moving on, they have the coziest common room with perfect ambience and multiple games option however i didnt play😂 For the guests, u can relax on the chairs, couches on the balcony with hilly view and even u can relax at river side which is just front of their property. You can cook your own meal if u want in their kitchen. Last but not least, hostel's host is the friendly host i've ever met with.
