Beautiful surroundings, ample parking, lovely welcoming host (Geraldine), she was bubbly, chatty and warm. We were shown to our room, she took our breakfast order and she gave us some information for dinner that evening. The room was spacious, it had everything that you'd typically find in a room for a nights stay. There were towels, tea and coffee, TV, fridge to use just outside our room in the hallway and even a safe and ironing board in our room too. The breakfast the next morning was exceptional, Geraldine had cooked us up a full Irish breakfast and a veggie one (for myself) which had potato croquettes instead of pork sausages. The table was nicely laid out, we had the table for 2 by the window which overlooked the front garden so that was really nice. The cooked breakfasts came out fast. We already had freshly made croissants, wheaten bread and mini scones on the table and over on the other side of the dining room there was a big farmhouse cabinet with cereals, granolas, jams and spreads, juices, water, fruit, yogurts, cheeses and a selection of teas on the other side. Geraldine's husband brought us out our teas, coffees, toast, cooked breakfasts, sauces and checked on us a little later on to see if everything was ok. We found the accommodation easy to find, it was close to restaurants and the harbour (which we had a 10am boat to catch to the saltee islands to see the Puffins).

Location was beautiful, very quiet and rural and just 25 mins from Rosslare ferry. Audrey was delightful and very welcoming. Gave us everything we needed and more besides. Bedrooms were large, bathrooms well equipped. A real home from home.

A home from home. Beautiful location and idyllic cottage. Evenings by the fire, animals in the day. Chickens, Ponies, Ducks, and the GOAT. Poppy and Pippa the Pooches. My granddaughter loved the farm and feeding the chickens. Great hosts made us feel at home. Cannot recommend Cob Cottage enough. Perfect for a relaxing few days with family and friends. Thanks guys!!!

The accommodation was exceptional even though one or two finishing touches to this newly opened facility required completion.. But they did not detract in any way from the comfort and sheer quality on offer.. When it does mature over the coming months it will be very prestigious accommodation

    The location is fantastic and the price was very fair. We also booked on very short notice on a bank holiday weekend. The room was very clean and up to standard, although small. We were allowed to check in early as well which was brilliant because we had a small baby.
