Amazing customer service, a nice calm vibe set the tone of the stay. An ideal location close to the old town allowed for an easy walk to dinner. We have stayed in boutique hotels in the old town of Rethymno in previous years as well, and we were not disappointed this time either. Considering the apartment's luxurious design, roof terrace, balcony, cleanliness, comfortable bed and great location, we were pleasantly surprised to get it at a very good price. It was also nice that we found a parking place relatively close, after all, it is the old town and there are narrow pedestrian streets all around. Even though we arrived in the evening, we managed nicely to check in - thank you Katerina for your care.
