My stay at Etheres was amazing. 4 nights of total bliss. The thing I appreciated most is how clean the villas was and the premises ( pool, backyard, outside chairs and tables ). The view is absolutely terrific. You can see the whole city of Nikiti and the beautiful blue sea. AC was working great and it was placed in the living room so we could keep it on all night long without bothering any of the bedrooms. The shower gel and shampoo provided were plenty and very high quality also. The beach is only a 5-6 minutes drive. Most of the good taverns and bars are near the location, 3-4 minutes drive or 10-15 minutes walk. Also there is a delivery service that got us all the needed goodies, breakfast in the morning etc. The host provided us with a list of the best restaurants in the area, we visited 3 of them and they were very good indeed. Also there is gentleman that cleans the private pool 2 or 3 times per day, that kept my wife really happy. Upon leaving we asked for a late checkout and the host agreed at no extra cost! Very nice and friendly from their side ! I recommend this location 10/10, I want to return next year.

Beautiful flat with a fully equipped kitchen. Have a nice balcony to eat meals. Located near the coast, the beach is a few steps ahead. Directly on the shopping street, you can walk and enjoy the city in the evening. Very kind and supportive hosts. Thank you especially to Konstantina and fluent English speaker cleaning ladies. They are great people. We felt like we were at home.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly cozy. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed. The amenities were top-notch, and I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. Perfect family holiday: warm sea, great food, and amazing staff We had a wonderful time staying here with our two kids. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, they solved every issue we had quickly and with genuine care. The sea was warm, calm, crystal clear, and full of fish so perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The sunbeds at the beach were comfortable, and there were always enough available, which we really appreciated. The food was absolutely delicious every day. Our room was clean, and housekeeping came daily, so everything always felt fresh. The pool was also great, even with a child — we spent a lot of time there. There’s a small workout area with some weights and basic equipment, which was surprisingly functional and useful. Highly recommended!

We stayed 8 nights at Darion Luxury Villa with our family (3 adults and a 12-year-old) and had a wonderful experience. We were the first guests of this property and immediately felt at home. This was exactly what we expected from our holiday accommodation, even though we booked at the very last moment. The villa is very modern and well designed, with living spaces on the ground floor (fully equipped kitchen, cozy garden, guest toilet with washing machine) and 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on the first floor. We also appreciated the electrical blinds, stylish interiors, and overall comfort of the house. The complex offers a superb swimming pool and private parking, and the villa has everything needed for a stress-free holiday. Its excellent location less than 100 m from Nikiti Beach makes it a perfect base to explore Sithonia’s many beautiful beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets. Special thanks to Sakis, the owner, for his warm support and attention. Everything was above our expectations, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended!

Everything. Patrice and Brigitte thought any small detail that would make their quests' experience great. On top of that they were both really great as hosts, especially Patrice showed me the whole facility and I can say once finished it will be one of the best facilities in Nikiti.

We visited the hotel family of 3 adults. We came at night and Yannis welcomed us, he was very nice, very polite and very patient. During all our stay Aninta and her son Yannis let us fill welcomed, and help us with evrythig we asked, they were very kind and professional. It is a small hotel, well designed, the room was big enoug , and very clean. The location was perfect- 2 minutes walk from the beach, and 5 minutes walk from the center of Nikiti however it was quite and relaxing place. We definitely visit again
