I loved the location, it being surrounded by the lush green of Krinides, its privacy, and of course the hosts! Lovely, courteous people, with good humour. If you want to explore the upper side of the village, feel in your lungs the clean air of Krinides, see scenery, exercise, have privacy, then this it! This is your spot!

I booked Phillipeio because a friend of mine who lives in Krinides recommended highly staying there and I was not disappointed at all. Panagiotis and Marianna have been welcoming me very cordially and I felt very comfortable from the start even though it was my first time in Greece. They offered me not only historical knowledge about Krinides but also help at all times and I was also always welcomed to spend time with them. They are very special hosts and I am looking forward to seeing them the next time I’ll be here. The hotel and scenery are very beautiful. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, are very clean and the WiFi connection was very good. Overall I would rate my stay 10/10 and I would also HIGHLY recommend everyone staying at their place. They made my vacation even more special. You can see and feel that they are passionate hosts who care deeply about your well being. I want to thank them both because if it wasn’t for them my stay would not have been as great as it was. Please book with them if you want the authentic greek hospitality. I will ensure you, you won’t regret it.

Friendly staff, extra clean (kids made a mess with a chocolate the first night and everything was cleaned the next day), cozy swimming pool to relax, plenty of free public parking next to the building, kitchenette with all you need. We enjoyed our weekend stay very much.

Beautiful accommodation! In an authentic style, everything is new, clean, but you are immersed in the 80s-90s. As if you are visiting your grandparents. Everything is done with high quality! The apartment was in a fantastic location, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to visit. It was clean with comfortable bed and linen. A/C a treat when returning home from our daily adventures. Cold complimentary bottles of water stocked in fridge on our arrival along with a bottle of wine and small bottle of olive oil. Well equipped kitchen. Breath taking views from balcony each morning and night as we had our coffee.

    First of all, the hostess was great. She made check-in easy, she was kind and hospitable, and she made a great breakfast in the morning. The place is homey, but it's also quiet and in a good location.
