The landlord was amazing! Extremly nice, provided a list of places to go, offered us to book the trips for us. I felt like at home! Really clean, air-conditioning available, accomodation has its own sea access, has a garden with sunbeds. Has it‘s own parking area. we liked that we had a kitchen where we cooked sometimes and ate on our balcony or in the garden. it‘s about 10min by foot from the center of Kavos but we liked it that way as it is quiet in this area in comparison with the rest of Kavos so we could sleep very well and the little walk to the center was great!

Of all the booking.com accommodations I rate this as the best that we have stayed at - very modern, spacious, very friendly and informative hosts. Be aware that even though this accommodation is an hour drive from Corfu Town, there are regular ferry crossings from the main land with a shorter duration and at a better rate.

Excellent apartment, very clean and with everything 2 persons needed. Good air-conditioning (very important during August in Greece) and very easy to access, almost opposite the bus stop from the main city and the taxi station.

Absolutely amazing place. If you want to feel.and rest like VIP then this is the place. Dream house. Has everything,close to.the beach (5 min). Situated in small village with plenty restaurants,bars. There is horse riding,obviously boats and even flamingo observation place at about 1 km from house. Magnificent sunsets in this place.

So I booked this property completely by accident...misread the name. I faced it with some trepidation as there were no reviews ( turns out there is an error with the spelling on the website , so reviews are not getting logged correctly)and was a non refundable booking even though I reported my error within 3hrs. Turns out it was the best mistake ever! I have only positive things to say about the owners ,Anthoula and Spiros, and my experience there. I wasnt treated like a guest but like a family member. I had my Mamma Mia and Big Fat Greek wedding experience in the space of a few days. There were midnight feasts ,with mandolin playing and lessons in greek dancing and a very irate neighbor telling us to shut the f up; A very sumptuous lunch under the orange trees prepared by Anthoula; fresh fruit and vegetables miraculously appearing on the terrace table overnight( courtesy of the fairy godmother that is Anthoula, picked fresh from their farm); invites to watch her sing in the local choir, and perform a traditional dance in the village. Taken out by Spiros on his boat for a memorable ocean adventure. Able to help out on the farm milking goats.The grandkids a pure delight to spend time with. Having only two apartments , the experience was intimate. I had lovely fellow guests and we felt like one big happy family. We're already planning the reunion. Clearly this may not be the experience everyone gets or wants....if you want some quiet solitude, in no way will you be coerced into socializing. I personally loved the warmth. More about the actual property. It is located in a quiet village, in a rural setting. The beach a 15minute walk away. The southern part of the island feels more authentic and untamed. The property has a well equipped kitchen, access to a washing machine and is very clean. Having a car helps to get around to visit some of the secluded beaches and eating spots.There is a bus that goes through the town to get to lefkimmi or corfu town.

If you re looking for a quiet private place with a beautiful sandy clean beach 300 meters away ( when we were mostly completely alone :-), 15 min walk on the beach leads you the Santa Barbaras beach where you can pop in for a coffee, drink or yummy food) thats the place for you !We rented a car at the airport and had this quiet place to comfort us after some long trips getting to know Corfu, having an early or late night swim at "our" beach. Nearby is a great restaurant Malibu run by a Czech lady that serve great food and drinks, but further there is plenty places to eat and small supermarkets. The owners of the apartments are ready to meet your needs so we had everything for a great relaxing trip. We woud love to come again:).

We really enjoyed our stay in this peaceful area, which was also conveniently close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The accommodation is spacious, nicely decorated, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful – they answered all our questions and assisted us whenever needed. It was great to have amenities like a washing machine, mosquito nets, and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Overall, we felt the quality-price ratio was good.

    We had a great stay at the Helios Splendid. The beautiful garden was a perfect place to relax and have breakfast. The host, Manuela, and friendly and helpful staff made sure all our needs were met. The location is ideal, with plenty of activities (travel centre, boat hire etc.) and lovely restaurants within walking distance. The nearby beach was a highlight, and the friendly local people made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

    Kostas was a great host! Wonderful hotel in a wonderful location, liked the self service bar set up, and having the pool to ourselves on our first day. Also, the shower had a door! First time in Greece I've seen this (as opposed to nothing and floods the bathroom!) We added on breakfast two out of 4 days and was pleasantly surprised - pancakes and spanikopita on one day and loukmades on the other! Yum!

    Amazing family who make you feel so welcome, along with the beautiful birds and friendly cats! Our room was spotlessly clean and kept that way throughout our stay - thank you. Amazing location - extremely peaceful and unspoilt. Food was delicious as was the service. Bar in the evening is a wonderful place to watch the sunset and relax right by the water.

    Beautiful view in a lovely peaceful location and spotlessly clean accommodation. Beach was perfect with flat sea like a lake. Sun loungers with parasols were also free to use. The seafood restaurant was delicious and we hired a car that was great for visiting some of the other beaches 20 minutes away. Would definitely recommend a visit.
