We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment with the maroon couch. The apartment is spacious, extremely clean and the furniture comfortable and in excellent condition. The beds have Mien hotel mattresses and were also in excellent condition. The apartment is on the 9th floor of an 11-story building, one of the highest in Gori. You can see the fortress over the top of the building across the courtyard and have a clear view of St George's Church from the large balcony. The pictures make the apartment look dark, this is because the glass is tinted to keep the heat out (the balcony receives afternoon sun). I need sunlight so we had the door open but it was not bad when closed. Note: you need a key fob to enter the building grounds and to use the elevator. As we stayed for five nights, we were given two sets of keys.

Absolutely amazing place. Welcoming staff. The building is newly built, all is fresh new and fresh clean. Comfortable feeling everywhere. The management goes miles beyond expected to help their guests, true Georgian hospitality at it's best. Highly recommended, the best place to stay in Gori. Most amazing room we stayed in in the whole of Georgia. It has a kitchenette and washing machine in the room. Very comfy bed and great shower. Very well priced and very friendly host. Would highly recommend. Also has a fantastic restaurant across the river just 300m away!

We more than enjoyed our stay at Dzvel Ubanshi. There was a warm welcome and all the staff were so incredibly nice and tried to make everything perfect for us. The whole hotel was designed with endless love and was fantastically decorated for Christmas. The restaurant is incredible and sooooo delicious. Here too, every detail is designed with love. There were little welcome cards. There is also a good selection of Georgian dishes for vegetarians. We all felt so comfortable and hope to be able to come back sometime. Kind regards to the entire staff.
