Tintern itself is so pretty with lots to do and other locations are within easy reach. We loved Tintern Abbey and towns such as Chepstow and Monmouth. There are lots of CADW sites to explore too. The flat was very clean and comfortable with tea, coffee and milk provided. Great hosts who made sure we had all the details needed in plenty of time and they responded immediately to our messages. We spent two nights at the Parva Farmhouse as part of our two week vacation traveling through England and Wales. Our host was very welcoming and hospitable, the breakfasts were wonderful, and the room was very clean, cosy, and comfortable.
