Amazing hotel, five-star amenities, five-star service! When parking and picking up luggage, there is a waiter waiting in the parking lot. When we see that we are Chinese, we will say hello in Chinese, which makes us feel very good! The manager George is a very good person, with thoughtful and enthusiastic service. My family and I feel that it is my favorite hotel in the whole itinerary. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely come back!

Great pension with excellent food. Nicola was brilliant, very helpful with local information and spoke good english. For me, one of the best nights sleep I have had in years. Safe car parking at the rear of the property. Breakfast had a huge choice so you won't leave hungry! Would definetely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in the area. Thank you.

One of the best accommodations I've ever been to. Everything was completely thought out in detail, furnished in a modern style. The host was very accommodating and pleasant. It was very close to the center. Everything was within walking distance (shops, supermarkets and bus stop). I definitely recommend this apartment, I was very satisfied and I will return in the future. Have a nice day NM.

3 of us stayed 6 nights in the apartment. The beautiful spa centre of Karlovy Vary was within walking distance. We bought a 7-day local bus pass, which was very convenient for accessing town centre, supermarkets, train station. The bus stop is just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. All equipment for cooking was available. Providing some cooking oil would be useful. Katrin was very warm and helpful, quick to respond to requests. Would definitely stay again if we visit Karlovy Vary.
