    Danta has improved their diner experience by changing from a communal style diner with a fixed menu to a private, a la carte diner (for a fixed price). Also, maintenance of the trails had greatly improved since our last stay (8 years ago). All other features of Danta have always been perfect (bungalow, location, quality of the guides, wildlife), so this now makes it one of our favorite places to stay in Costa Rica!

    This place is fantastic! In the middle of the jungle. Trails. Very private, spotless, open air rooms with outside showers. Friendly, helpful staff, meals all great.

    The Danta greatly exceeded our expectations. The Lodge and accommodations have been well situated in the jungle and yet the rooms, and facilities were spotlessly clean and oh so comfortable. This is our first trip to CR and this stay has us wanting to return soon.
