The room is not fancy but very clean. we had a Mountain View room and it was super clean and cute. It had everything we needed. The location is perfect and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful with everything. The restaurant on site is pretty good and we’ll visited by tourists and locals alike. Very good value hotel in Poas.

Charming two level cabin in a remote location, but convenient for an early morning visit to Poás Volcano. We were just 2 people but the cabin has sleeping for at least 10 people as well as a kitchen with hob, fridge freezer and wood fireplace, plus WiFi. The views are spectacular! Lots of blankets which came in handy as this was the coldest area we stayed in CR! Host was lovely and was waiting for us to guide us on where to park as waze was going to take us further down the track! Make sure you let her know your arrival time.

This was absolutely the best place we stayed at for our whole trip. We only stayed one night based on our travel plans but wished we would have been able to stay longer. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. The views were unbeatable and offered a very relaxing atmosphere.

We were very happy to stay at this lovely small hotel with a beautiful garden and friendly hosts 🌸 The spacious, well-kept garden is wonderful, with funny rabbits freely hopping around🥰 Everything is very clean, and the breakfast and dinner were delicious. An amazing beautiful mountain house, close to Vulcan Poás. Very comfortable beds and we enjoyed relaxing in the lounge with a fire going in the fireplace. Also loved having coffee in the rocking deck chairs on the terrace, overlooking the garden with misty mountains behind.

    The location was great. Quick drive to the volcano. The grounds are beautiful. The dome is outstanding. It does get cold even for us Canadians, but they supply plenty of blankets. I would highly recommend the wonderful experience here.

    Great location, just 20 mintues away from the volcano Poas. Lovely cozy and romantic room, also very clean. Staff is friendly. Restaurant just downstairs with amazing Churrasco (and other great dishes).
