The location is great, just need a bit time to find the place for the first time. There are few shopping mall nearby within walking distance 5 minutes. The building out looking is a bit old, but the inside is great and Morden. It is actually a local residential building, therefore do not expect for a reception.

The hotel is new, with modern decor and many exceptional details, from the staff uniforms to the fact that we can choose the room’s air freshener. It has an incredible charm. The entire team is wonderful and attentive, very concerned about our comfort and well-being. I have traveled to several cities in China, and this was definitely the best hotel. The host Lisa is very kind. We received a lot of help from her. She let us pay with card instead of WeChat when we had a problem with our bank. The place is beautiful and clean. You can ask for people to clean during your stay without having to pay an extra fee. There is a direct acces to a mall with a lot to places to eat shop. Also, direct access to the metro station. The place is very central and by metro we could reach all the places we wanted to see in less than a 30 minutes ride. In our bedroom there was a movie projector and we could watch films in english. If we ever comeback to Shanghai we would stay there again.

Really comfy private room! Excellent shower, perfect mattress and the movies on demand on the tv were easy to access and watch. But most of all, the helpful friendly staff! Always around, polite and kind. Nice coffee and a great beer selection too!
