Hotel is new and friendly staff. Sergey the host was very helpful. The location is great and close to the central station Cornavin. Tea and coffee are free any time in 9th floor. The laundry available until 20:00 with dry machine and ironing. Kitchen in every room. Grocery is at the same building. Filtered water is free at public area. Internet is very fast!! Terrace and pool (billiard)

They apartment was a great size for our family. Two double beds & the couch converted into a bed too. Check in process was ao easy too. Max was very helpful too. Fabulous restaurant within walking distance (2 mins) where we had an amazing Cheese Fondue! Check it out, Le Gobelet D'Argent.

Check-in was easy and the host made everything to make us welcome. The location is exceptional, close to the supermarket and coffee shops, and the lake. It had all the amenities we needed for a short stay with a baby and a toddler, including a crib and towel for the baby! The attention to detail and care made us feel like we were in a 5 star hotel. The apartment was spacious, bright and well equipped. The location was exceptional with an inviting array of eateries steps away and only a 5 minute walk to the waterfront. Having laundry facilities was handy. The one hour harbour cruise with wine and appetizers was incredibly relaxing. Had the best croissants of our lives at Ferdinand’s. I’d unreservedly recommend Fontaine to anyone spending a few days or more in Geneva.

Had to stay overnight to catch a connecting flight, so it was super convenient that it's so close to the airport. Arrived by public transport with a free Geneva card the hotel supplied, and since my departure was early morning I used the hotel's shuttle, which leaves every 20 minutes from the hotel's basement. Hotel is very nice, and the room was super clean and comfortable. Bed was super too! Had a great relaxing time.
