Maria was friendly. The room wasn't ready when we arrived as she hadn't seen the booking but she offered us a drink whilst she got the room ready. We needed to do some laundry and there is a washing machine available. We were travelling by motorbike and we could put our bike in the garage overnight.

The registration at the reception was very quick and friendly. The receptionist Philipp gave me full information about hotel and Velden area, that was very helpful. Also he upgrades the room. The room was vey clean and modern, in light colors as I like. I like the bathroom and shower with all nesessary detailes. Also I like slippers that had there own fabric, not like in other hotels. Room had a big balcony to very quet yard, that was surprising in the middle of the town. At breakfast was all that you need, incuding salmon and variety of fruits. The lobby of hotel looks modern, photos enclosed

Very good boutique hotel / guesthouse, quite new, clean and comfortable Amazing breakfast - probably the best one in our Austrian experiences. Nice swiming pool. Location - just on the way, nothing special, in fact just as we expect - silent and quite comfortable place not far away from the city.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfectly in order — the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and the location was ideal for a relaxing family holiday. We truly appreciated the calm atmosphere and attention to detail.     Biker solo traveller. Arr at the hotel the wettest I can ever remember. But there sorted my wet clothes out. And I was only there one night. Can not thank them enough. Would recommend them without a doubt. And the location is fabulous. If you're into mountain biking. This is the place.or any biking.
