Great communication throughout, nice beds and generally very clean. Breakfast was great and again, lovely owner offered us more tea or coffee. Breakfast was decent, although the orange juice was heavily watered and the strawberries were rotten, but I think it would be too much to expect good strawberries in December, after all, we ate nicely.
