Very good hotel on top of a hill, surrounded by pine trees and very quiet at night. Beautiful view of the town and the river. The room was a good size, high quality mattress and pillows, slippers. Bathroom with window. Very good and plentiful breakfast, both salty and sweet, with fresh fruit (the butter, the fig jam and the walnut glyko were excellent), cloth napkins. Fast wi-fi, free and safe parking on site. The hosts were very kind

Wonderful place, very comfortable and clean. The owner is super nice and gave us a warm welcome. Also the food which is all homemade was absolutely delicious. If we're ever going back to this region, we will most definitely choose this place again.

    Nice and clean, solid-sized room. On the way between thermal pools and Permet, ideal location when visiting both. Absolutely superb breakfast, you get seated to a full table. I travel quite a lot and haven't seen such breakfast yet.

    In general everything is very clean. The bathroom is very luxurious, and the bedroom has a good airconditioning which was very welcome because we were there at times of more than 36 degrees Celsius. The airconditioning is also able to cool the living room. From the balcony in the front yard you have a good view on the beautiful mountains. And it’s amazing to experience all the birds around the garden. The location is close to Permet (10 min), Langarica canyon, and two good restaurants.

    The hotel is very clean and the people of the hotel are very friendly. It is a very handy to stay here if you are also interested to do some of their activities such as horse back riding, rafting... The location is perfect, you are in the middle of the center of përmet.

    The location is great and the view from the big balcony was nice. The room, towels, linen were very clean. Nice hot water in the shower and free drinking water from a tap outside. The owner's son was great at keeping in contact with us as the main owners didn't speak English. Good place to use as a base for your Permet adventures.
