Nihara and Mubarak were brilliant hosts. The breakfast was wonderful! My only complaint is please make smaller serve for one person!!! Bed was very comfortable, room very clean. Guest house location was fantastic - right in old Muscat, Corniche, etc. Short taxi ride to Museums etc.

We had a fantastic experience in this beautiful villa! The villa has a lot of space, a nice pool and a cosy covered terrace. Also, you can easily visit a lot of touristic places from the villa (nice beaches, Bimmah Sinkhole, different Wadi's). Salim is the best host you can ask for. He is friendly, welcoming, helpful and a very genuine person. We went on a daytrip with him and we learned só much about Oman and Omani culture. Thanks to him, our days at the villa were even more special! Thanks Salim! When we return to Oman, we will definitely return to the villa (or one of his other very nice rental places around Dibab). We strongly recommend people to do the same!

Salem is a fantastic host, and the location couldn’t be more perfect—right on the beach and just a short five-minute walk from the stunning coastline by the Jumeirah Hotel. Each morning, we were greeted by breathtaking views of the sunrise over the sea, making it the ideal setting to unwind and enjoy nature. The entire property was ours to enjoy, and it exceeded expectations with its spacious rooms, balconies with ocean views, a charming garden backyard, and even a small pool to cool off. Salem’s hospitality was exceptional, always just a call away for anything we needed, whether it was arranging sightseeing, grocery shopping, or organizing a housekeeper. It truly felt like a home away from home, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. Highly recommended!

Ofreciendo vistas al mar, Muscat Homestay & Hospitality es un hospedaje establecido en Mascate, a 4.8 km de Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque y a 9.1 km de Royal Opera House Muscat. The room was clean, cosy and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen was also well equipped. The location is ideal, with restaurants and shops close by. Ahmed has been a wonderful host, he’s very responsive and quick to answer any questions, as well as help out. I would be happy to come back, if I had to!
