Was greeted immediately with coffee and dates, someone took my luggage, they asked about finding the place and parking and this was all repeated when I left - someone took my luggage with me to the car. Rooms are immaculately clean and gorgeous, fantastic rooftop to view the surrounding city and a very snappy keyfab system to enter the building and the rooms. True 5 star experience while maintaining a family atmosphere at a very affordable price!

It’s a beautiful place with a very friendly owner. He invites you to his home for dinner and breakfast, where everyone eats together on the floor in a traditional way, which is very nice. The room was clean and comfortable, and in the morning we could enjoy the sunrise right from our bed. Definitely recommended!

Bait Al Aali Guesthouse ตั้งอยู่ใน Al Ḩamrā ʼ ห่างจากป้อมนิซวา ไม่เกิน 45 กม. Everything was perfect. From the beautiful house itself and the delicious food (both breakfast and dinner are included in the price, made at home or by local cooks, out of local products, easily one of the best, if not the best, I had in Oman), through small details like the smell of incense all around the guesthouse, elegant design choices, and the high quality soap (available to buy downstairs!), to the host herself and the ambience she creates for this place. I loved her idea to have shared dinners and breakfasts, with her and/or other travelers. It is a wonderful way to exchange stories and experiences while building a small community of Bait Al Aali people. Emina knows a lot about the region, has interesting stories to tell, a big heart for animals and is conscious about sustainable development of tourism. The area is magical and quiet, with a palm plantation just outside, where you can stroll for hours and relax. The room was spacious, with a lot of light, a big, comfortable bed and a private, very clean and modern bathroom. Everything is freshly renovated, the terrace has an incredible view of the area, and Emina makes sure that the place feels like home you want to return to. I’ll definitely be back for a longer stay!

Beautiful place nearby Nizwa, I really recommend staying there. It was the most fair price=great place from our trip to Oman.

Just everythin! Waking up there and seeing the sunrise was a life experience. Peace, silent, date, and cofee. Shukran Sulaiman for the stay, awesome owner, nice chat with him.

We booked this as we wanted to have a place from where we could just walk to the W6 Balcony Walk and this is right next to it. Ali and his family who live next door made us feel so very welcome and at home! The house is BIG and for just us 2 it was a little excessive haha but we had our own bedroom so that was nice. The views are beautiful. The house is comfortable. Very nice outdoor seating area in the shade. We had dinner at Ali his house and it was very good. I would recommend!

We also shared dinner together and talked about our cultures, which made the stay feel very personal. The property was clean, comfortable, and great value for low-cost travelers. Everything was perfectly fine.
