He offered recomendación, he helped with difficulty approaching with language and others. He always asked if we needed help or with anything else we might need. He is a great customer service guy and kind and sweet. The Raid it is very clean and pretty and well kept. The breakfast was incredible and completely delicious.

PLEASE speak to them before buying anything in particular to avoid painful rip offs which might spoil your trip. they went out of their way to help us and I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Fes

Guided tours and excursions can be arranged at the property. Very spacious room. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. They always made sure we were getting a fair price for things when we told them we were going shopping for things. They called our guide to make sure he was going when he was running late. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Great location as well.
