The rooms are very clean and smell good. The bed was comfortable! We got free water, tea and coffee in the room. They accept credit card payment.

Everything was perfect - close to the all hot spots without being in the middle of it; beautiful gardens and pool area; room was lovely with comfy bed, quiet; really friendly and helpful staff. We had 2 nights but could easily have stayed longer.

I’ve got hospitality experience myself overall 10 years in management position, those guys are genuinely amazing people and professionals. I wish all the five star hotels have hired people like this team. Before my early departure they prepared coffee for me the way I like it, and breakfast to go, because they knew I would not have time to get a breakfast at the hotel. Ariana , Ayu,Kerta , Melly you deserve all the best opportunities on your journey. To have such a team is something every qualified manager should dream to have . See you next time 🙂

Terletak di Ubud, 2,8 km dari Goa Gajah, Adil Villa & Resort menawarkan akomodasi dengan kolam renang outdoor, parkir pribadi gratis, taman, dan bar. Senang sekali bisa menginap di villa ini, sesuai ekspetasi, walaupun awalnya sempat reservasi yang sudah saya lakukan sejak 14 Maret 2025 tidak ada, menurut CS nya ada kendala di system mereka. Mungkin next nya CS bisa lebih update untuk bookingan (apalagi sudah terkonfirmasi oleh pihak hotel). Foto yang di display di Booking.com sesuai aslinya👍. Kamar luas, ranjang besar, fasilitas sudah modern, Netflixnya sudah tersedia, tamu tinggal nonton saja sepuasnya. Wifi lancar... Kamar mandi luas, lengkap dengan bathtub dan peralatan mandi, air panas stabil dan lancar. Kulkas, Hydryer, gantungan baju, sofa juga lengkap. Breakfastnya standart, rasa lumayan, mungkin boleh lebih ditingkatkan untuk variant dan rasanya. View persawahan yang indah, apalagi sambil berenang menikmati udara yang alami👍 Sebenarnya saya ada order candle light dinner, sudah saya bayar 1hari sebelumnya, tapi cuaca saat hari H sangat tidak mendukung (hujan sejak siang hari hingga jam acara, menyebabkan tidak memungkinkan untu dekorasi, ditambah area tsb tergenang air). Dengan terpaksa acara tesebut saya cancel. Sayangnya refund dari nominal yang sudah saya bayar dikenakan potongan tax (Gak masuk akal sich potongan tsb.) Dan saya pun sedih acara tsb tidak dapat terlaksana padahal sudah saya rencanakan jauh2 hari.

The staff were super nice and helpful. They organised our laundry and a bike as our mode of transport. The breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect and close to some nice coffee shops and restaurants.

They opened a WhatsApp Group so we could ask them questions any time we needed. They arranged bikes, a tour and taxis for us. Room etc. were clean and the beds were fine.

The rooms are small, but clean. Did not feel squished or crammed as a solo traveler. The best part was the staff. All so welcoming and accommodating which truly made this property worth while.
