This place deserves a solid 10! Brand new, or at least that's what it felt like. 3 rooms per floor with 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen, and a common area, so it felt pretty luxurious for the price I paid 😀 Room was big enough with a comfy bed. Super hot shower, great kitchen, and free laundry. The owners speak English and they're super duper nice and very accommodating. 2 min walk from bus station, and close to shops, gym etc Best place I stayed at in Armenia for sure!

I highly recommend this place to everyone, you won’t regret it! Everything was clean, the temperature was great, even in cold weather! So give it a try, it's like the Maldives only in Armenia haha

All in all, it was a perfect stay. It's only a pity that I only stayed one night ;) If you are in the area, you have to stay at Moreni Guest House.
