All staffs are very kind and they provided high quality of services. Onsen was great and also Kaiseki dinner was awesome and delicious. Stay at Okuno Hosomichi was an unforgettable time for us. If I dreamt up the perfect room, this would be it! I loved : the # of wastebaskets, the controls for the lights and curtains, the toilet, the automatic closing bathroom door, the room’s small amenities, which felt very luxurious and nice, the storage closet, sauna, and hot spring/ tub/shower room- absolutely everything. Every detail of the room has been thought out. Thoughtful design, purposeful and functional layout and mechanisms, and it all looked and felt so luxurious.

Such a special property. Excellent onsen which during our visits never had more than two other guests. The in room dining was outstanding - the quality of the food (at dinner and breakfast) and exceptional service by Emily made for a most memorable stay. Drinks at the piano bar were a perfect start to an evening. The beds were very comfortable and the room was so very quiet. We would happily return!
