Big apartment, very clean, right in the centre (quite close to the Duomo). Guiseppe and his wife are very nice and helpful (the air conditioner didn't work when I arrived and they had it mended very quickly). The street may be a bit noisy at night but that's not a big problem. Highly recommended!

The flat is really nice, ideal for three people. Beds comfortable. Also fully equipped kitchenette if you need to cook anything pls complementary coffee and tea. It is located maybe 5 minutes from the city center, yet still in a quiet area. The hostess was really nice, always asking if we need anything, very kind. The communication with her was also without any problems. wlShe was always very helpful.

a 200 year old villa turned into a B&B. The remodeling (probably done during the COVID) is of very high quality The location -- drivable to wherever your destination in Modena is. Nice breakfast, a very pleasant yard. Very efficient staff.

The area is a picturesque part of Italy. The villa where I stayed was nice, situated in a courtyard at the edge of the road, approximately 12 km from the city center of Modena. The host was friendly and hospitable.

The location is simply marvellous. A traditional "villa" reworked to be a perfect alternative to anonimous hotels. Charging station for EV, with cheap rates. Super breakfast with dishes (sweet and salted) for every taste- available even products without lactose! Large room with warm colors and very nice bathroom
