Starting from the interior design, continue with small details to make one feel at home to being very paciouse, well maintained, and includes all necessary cookware and dishes one may wish. The attention to details, is what makes it so perfect. Stayed for three nights, and wished we could have stayed longer.

EVERYTHING. Our group of 8 absolutely loved this place like our own. Beautiful, huge bathroom. Great dining area with kitchen. Very responsive communication and very helpful as well when we have some small requests. 100% would stay here again and for a longer time if we could. Highly recommend.

Guesthouse Hvitafell was super clean, I loved it. The hot tub overlooking the valley was excellent and the bed was a 10. The kitchen has all you need, with tea and coffee complementary. All in all just an excellent place to stay in Laugar.

The best view I have ever had. The kitchen was very well equipped, as well as the bathroom and so clean! It was so peaceful, so quiet, just what we needed.

The owner hospitality was amazing, arriving at night to a warm cup of tea and coffee, continued with her willing to give us free laundry service, greate breakfast and preparing us lunch boxes for the upcoming day. In short, one of the best places we have stayed at in Iceland.

Very big and super clean room with everything you need, the breakfast is excellent and provides an opportunity to try some local products, sweet ginger bread is especially tasty. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is close enough to the lake and you can also reach Húsavík quite fast. We got much more than expected!
