The unit we were provided was brand new, and did have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but had very limited common area. the kitchen was very small with a 2-burner HOB and no oven (other than microwave). The rock is close, as are shop, pharmacies and everything you might need. Kitchen was full of stuff and equipment. When we couldn't figure out the heating. The breakfast is excellent. Next time we'll stay longer. Just a little hint: don't trust google maps too much. Stay on the R691, the entrance to the estate is almost opposite the Ballinure National school, on the edge of the village and the name is only written on the pillars of the gate. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, they do everything to make their guests feel comfortable. The location has a direct view on The Rock of Cashel, in a quiet street but right next to all amenities (restaurants, pharmacy, pub...).
